EA app store game sale; apps going for 59p

EA has a massive app store sale just before Christmas.

Electronic Arts has lowered its prices for its iPhone games to 59p each.

At the time of writing, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit top the paid app chart in the UK app store, beating Angry Birds to third spot.

Some of the games you can get in this mega-app sale are Battlefield: Bad Company 2, FIFA '11, Mass Effect Galaxy, Monopoly, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit, Risk, Scrabble, Tetris, The Sims 3 and more.

Time will tell whether EA's games dominate the app sale before Apple is rumoured to lock down the iTunes charts before Christmas.

Will you buying any titles in this app store sale? Tell T3 which ones via our Twitter and Facebook pages and stay tuned in for latest app and tech updates.
